2Deal Ventures definitive new owner Claudia Sträter
Maxeda Nederland B.V. (‘Maxeda’) and 2Deal Ventures B.V. (‘2Deal Ventures’) have today signed an agreement which leads to the acquisition of Claudia Sträter by 2Deal Ventures. On 18 March last an agreement was signed subject to a request for advice submitted to the Works Councils.
The Works Councils have reacted positively to the new owner. 2Deal Ventures will support Claudia Sträter in its future development. This will also allow Maxeda to focus its management and resources on the formats which remain within Maxeda.
